"I cannot say enough about these guys. Their prices were reasonable and about average compared to other companies. The owner, Dave was great to work with, he kept us updated on a daily basis, and was there every morning to look things over and help get the guys set up. The workers were there at 7 am every day. Work was done well within the given timeframe. Everything was left clean each day. They built a bedroom in our basement, and gutted and remodeled a bathroom, we couldn’t be happier with both projects. Very professional, highly recommend."

"Shawn and the crew tended to our every need with precision and detail. A superb job! We had basement repairs, LR/DR repairs and a full kitchen remodel. We were nervous about the kitchen but Shawn, Manny the PM, Carlos the electrician, Ray the cabinet master, & the rest of the crew were extremely accommodating and paid attention to every detail. The kitchen came out amazing along with the rest of the house. Some contractors cut corners , we’ve experienced it, but East End really does quality work. 5 stars for sure. Thank you guys!"

He returned my call, the same day. I found Greg, a pleasure to deal with. I chose his company to call, over 3 other names I felt fortunate, it worked out so well, and I made an excellent choice. Now have the name of someone who handles all types of home repairs, that does excellent work. I was extremely impressed, that upon walking up to my door, he removed the snow, off the steps. "Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

His work and crew are professional and courteous and you see right away that Anthony cares about his clients. After Hurricane Sandy destroyed the 1st floor of our home, Anthony was there to help us repair the water damage almost immediately. Fast forward to August 2020, and Anthony made time to give us an estimate for some recent storm damage in a few hours. "We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."
