Premier home remodeling did a amazing job on a big renovation we had done on our home. We had our unfinished basement, kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. Charles and the crew were professional, clean, and super friendly. They had great suggestions, and designed our kitchen a way me and my husband never thought could be done. Our bathrooms are beautiful, and our basement is a great new living space to our home. We will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to all of our family and friends. Premier Home Remodeling did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. Charles Jr., Charles Sr and their crew went above and beyond to meet all of our requests throughout the project. They were very dependable and trustworthy and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We absolutely love our new, totally unrecognizable bathroom. We would definitely use Premier again.

Terrible work, terrible service, sad experience. Co totally botched flooring installation during kitchen reno through carelessness and obvious mistakes. Lone worker (Charlie Sr) slopped poly coating on cork flooring w/o vacuuming and then left the house before it dried. The seams puckered and debris and hair dried into the finish. The next day, other unsupervised workers tried to sand the tiles as a "fix." This ruined the cork. The end result was so obviously substandard that Premier paid for the tiles needed to fix (the original flooring material cost over $3,000). Now stopped on everything for 3 weeks while waiting for new tiles. Attitude remains unprofessional. Excuse after excuse about why Charles is unavailable to work after tiles are delivered. A constant problem throughout the project - family obligations, "Easter Monday," "I'm in Miami, "I'm in Phoenix" - never the truth of working for others. Save yourself. I'm out weeks and thousands.

Sincerely enjoyed working with Charles, his son Charles Jr., and the rest of their crew. They did an excellent job on our basement bathroom renovation which was a complete gut job. The communication regarding scheduling was timely, the crew showed up on time and prepared, and at the end of each work day they left the house very clean. Highly recommend the Premier Home Remodeling team for your next project - weâ re already planning on another!

Weâ re so happy we found Premier! From the onset and throughout the entire remodeling Charles and his son Charles were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Their crew-Ortiz and Alex-did phenomenal work and took great care tiling, painting, and installing the floor, vanity, toilet, etc. Our bathroom looks absolutely beautiful. They also cleaned up every day and even took away all of the empty boxes. We highly recommend Premier.

Premier Home Remodeling is a father and son team of two affable gentlemen. They have a nice showroom with a lot of good design choices and are patient and helpful when you try to select products for your project. They use quality materials. The crew that does the work is highly skilled and easy to work with. They are careful to minimize disruptions and do a good job of cleaning up at the end of each workday. They sincerely want you to be pleased, so are flexible about changes or ideas you may want to incorporate. My finished kitchen is one I am very proud to show my friends.

Charles Sr, Charles Jr and team did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom from a cold, dingy and outdated room to the epitome of luxury! While the project took quite a long time due to various delays (out of their hands), we are so thrilled with the finished product that weâ re hiring then again for some more remodeling work!

Charlie and Charles are easy to work with, responsive and attentive to detail. They remodeled four bathrooms, replaced all interior doors, and made various other improvements in our home. We were extremely satisfied with the one-stop shop nature of their business. We were also impressed with their high-end selection of tile. I hired Premier Home Model and Design to gut and remodel my kitchen and bathroom, and then added new vinyl flooring in my condo. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful and neat. Charles has a good eye for decorating and color coordination. He always answered my texts or phone calls. Very happy with the result.

We were very satisfied with our decision to hire Premier Homes to renovate our bathroom. Regardless how much research you may do during the contractor selection process, there is always an element of the unknown that can make one anxious throughout the home improvement experience. From the first day of work, we knew we had made the right choice. Charlie and his employees were courteous and professional, attentive to detail, and always checked with us, when a question arose, for consensus. The agreed project schedule was adhered to with no last minute cancellations or delays â a first for me. Clean-up each day was thorough and materials stored properly. We are very happy with the end result and will be calling Premier Homes again for our next home improvement project. Our only regret is my wife and I forgot to take â before and afterâ photos.
