He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. "Jose and his team were the best team I have ever had work on a job in my house. Jose went WAY above and beyond to make sure we had our basement back in order in a timely fashion. He was willing to work after hours if needed to help get our finished basement back after we had suffered a sewage leak and had to wait until mitigation was complete. A 3-4 day job was complete in 2 days! And one of his workers, Carlos, from the second day stuck around to help me get the heavy and large items back into the basement. There was a previous review that said Jose was very emphatic to their needs and that is so true. That review actual was what made me give Jose a call. "I had a great experience with the Exterior team company. Ronald was very punctual in the initial visit for an estimate. I explained to him that I could not be there and he scheduled another time the same day to return to discuss the estimate. He was on time that evening as well. He was very fairly priced. We scheduled the job a month out. He had all materials delivered the morning of and the crew was on site by 7 30. They worked hard throughout the day and as a thunderstorm was coming, they worked tirelessly to cover the remainder of the roof. They returned the next day, completed the job and cleaned up. The roof is looking great. I would highly recommend Ronald and his crew."
