"I moved into my house almost 6 years ago, and had my full basement finished 4 years ago. It was beautiful, so needless to say, I was devastated when I found extensive water damage down there back in March. Bulovas Restorations came in quickly and ripped everything up, sucked up the water, cleaned the mold, and dried everything up beautifully. Then AJ with East End Designs came in and rebuilt my basement. AJ was with me every step of the way. His communication was great, and he constantly assured me that he would do whatever it took to make me happy and get my basement back to how beautiful it once looked. He found me basically the exact carpeting to replace what was on the stairs, a very similar floor tile, and matched my existing paint color. He was patient with my insurance adjuster, who was difficult to work with, yet he still gave me 110% of his effort in rebuilding. Attached are photos of his work!! Everything came out amazing!! :)"

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. "Jose and his team were the best team I have ever had work on a job in my house. Jose went WAY above and beyond to make sure we had our basement back in order in a timely fashion. He was willing to work after hours if needed to help get our finished basement back after we had suffered a sewage leak and had to wait until mitigation was complete. A 3-4 day job was complete in 2 days! And one of his workers, Carlos, from the second day stuck around to help me get the heavy and large items back into the basement. There was a previous review that said Jose was very emphatic to their needs and that is so true. That review actual was what made me give Jose a call.
