Mark came out to the house, answered all our questions and spent quite a bit of time going through options - didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need - but thought we did b/c another "big" company tried to sell it to us (we've never needed a water softener in our previous home and were in uncharted waters). Didn't try to sell us a monthly service as others had etc. James came out and installed the system - He was neat, efficient, went over our questions before he left.
