Didn't try to sell us a monthly service as others had etc. James came out and installed the system - He was neat, efficient, went over our questions before he left. "NMP was not the cheapest estimate I got for my water treatment system, but I'm very glad I went with them. Ultimately, the job required updating my well pump and head in addition to the planned updates to the in-house treatment equipment. Not only was NMP great at their job, but the well contractor they worked with did excellent work as well. There was a minor issue with the initial installation of the water softener tank that caused some of the softening media do come out of the tank but the issue was addressed completely. It's been about 6 months since the work was done and I continue to have great water quality and pressure coming into the home."
