"Gregg and his team were on time, extremely professional, neat, all of the above! The quality of the job done is 100% effective. I had Hydro-static pressure and water coming in through my basement floors every time it rained, Gregg analyzed everything in a matter of seconds, gave me an absolute fair price, best in the industry, gave me a commercial quality job at my residence and even took care of relative issues that I had in my basement concerning the garage area, the level of the floor, and an old sump pump. "Water backing up from sump pump in basement into bathroom sink pipe. Pipes snaked by said company. Told me sump pump too strong for pipes. I purchased new sump pump with less horse power. Problem still present today. Collecting water in bucket from sink pipe. I have been talking to manager of company since last Thursday. Someone is supposed to come back today. They have been very busy I am told. $350 check has been cashed as I approved because they were here last week on first visit for 2 hours and they snaked the line,but the problem still exists. Waiting for a re-evaluation today as promised."

He replaced two toilets, an outside spigot and well as installing several cut off valves. All work was done with care and cleanup was great. "THIS WAS INSTALLATION OF FRENCH DRAIN & PUMP. We are new to this home, and had been in the crawl space maybe 2X! It is 4 feet deep w/1 light source. We knew the sump pump was shot - were looking merely for replacement w/battery backup. We stated there was no standing water. When Michael came to estimate, we had some surface water; he believed we needed more than we wanted; we didn't listen, he didn't pressure us. When the crew showed up after a particularly rainy period, Wilson showed us what we didn't know, had not seen before--we really had water down there. Wilson was honest, and advised while he could replace the sump pump, it likely wouldn't be enough to take care of the issues - my words, I'm paraphrasing - but he would do the work as we requested and leave it up to us to monitor and could return and install a french drain in the future. No pressure. After speaking with Wilson, and him showing us what we didn't know about the crawl space (seriously, who wants to go down there in the first place) he made sense to us and we realized we needed more than a new sump pump. We found Wilson to be knowledgeable and personable. Steve came out and after discussing it with him, again, it made sense to install the french drain and relocate the sump pump. Good thing we listened to the pros. French drain, moved pump to better location, and battery backup. We cannot say enough positive remarks about how meticulous they were with the installation. The crawl space looks amazing, the pump is quieter than the nightmare we had before, and they left the crawl space cleaner than it was before they arrived. For all the work they did OUTSIDE in preparation, etc., once they left, you would never even know they were here! They worked extremely hard in damp hot weather. Wilson was informative throughout, and the crew was respectful of our property. The new pump works like a charm and we are pleased with the work and the price."
