"We couldn't finish the tub trim because the tub had to be re-glazed. Mo (the plumber extraordinaire) came back Sunday at 5:00 and installed the shower trim. He was always prompt, professional, and he made everything fit and work. Cross County was a tight run ship. You have Lisa at the home front making calls, responding to calls, and scheduling dates at my convenience and I would definitely recommend them. I think Mo is an excellent plumber, he is great and he makes the company. He is a great communicator and solves problems effectively."

He got 2 of 3 working and replaced the third. Got everything set back up and running. Charged me only $150 ona Sunday plus the cost of the new sump pump, which was about the same as the last time I got a new pump from a plumber. Knows his stuff, friendly and reasonable. The foreman & workers were very friendly and coordinated the work with the electrician for the sump pump. My basement is still dry after 3 inches of rain on 04/29/14. I would recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof their basement. My only issue is that the project manager did not come to review and inspect the job after completion. Also, I do not know when the sump pump is on or off and how to know if it is on if there is a power outage or power surge."
