"Service tech was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, my rugs were not clean! I paid for a deodorizer that i could not smell! More importantly, a dirty dust residue was left on my carpet that I was not told about!!! They failed the white sock test terribly(see below)! What a waste of money!"

"Bob and his crew were great. I have already decided to hire them again to do my bedrooms. When he did the first job he did my living room and stairs with wood... i also provided tiles and vinyl and his crew did the tiles and vinyl in the kitchen/dining room and did the slate tile work in the downstairs hall off the garage. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them"

"Work was performed well and on time. They were the low bid of two bids, and they attempted to facilitate a rental for me which I appreciated. My one quibble is that the rental process was not as transparent as it could have been. For instance, I was able to return the rental car to their shop - which saved me time - but they had no process for checking the rental car to confirm that there was no damage. They simply held the car on their lot and notified the rental agency that it was there. So, I was not able to document that the car was undamaged when returned. This turned out to be a moot point in this case, but seems to me that if the car had been damaged on their lot after I turned it in, I could have been held liable for the damage. However, that quibble aside, I would definitely recommend this company."

"I wholly endorse the work that John Burris and his assistant Zach did on my 19-year-old carpet and stairway. The carpeting had been serviced in the past by other companies and it was indeed a daunting task. John and Zach approached the work with professionalism, honesty, and care. None of the other companies came near the level of success that John and Zach achieved. You would never know that my carpet was originally installed in 2003. "We had a fantastic experience with Francisco. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. Our biggest obstacle was the size of our bathroom. We have a pretty small bathroom to start of with, but Francisco was able to help us choose a perfect design and the correct materials. Francisco’s attention to detail caught my eye, pure quality workmanship from beginning to the very end. My floor tile came out perfectly and my marble walk-in shower is just fantastic with no issues. Not only did he install the shower and floor beautifully, but he also educated me in how to care for my new tile and marble shower after he was gone. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled. His prices are very fair for everything you get from him, knowledgeable, quality, and reliability. My project was roughly $7000 I truly feel it’s money well spent."
