"I was cleaning a towel bar and was too rough with it and it came off in my hand.  I called Norman and he asked me to send him a picture of it and i did.  He then got in touch with me and set up an appointment for a service tech to come and repair it.  When the service tech arrived he showed me I.D. and said he was sent by Norman from Homecraft and was here to fix the towel bar.  He was very courteous and i directed him to the bathroom upstairs. It only took the service tech named Frank ten or fifteen minutes to replace the towel bar. He cleaned everything up and was very professional.. I asked him the price for fixing it and he told me Norman said there would be no charge. Although Norman and his company built my dormered bathroom upstairs 6 years ago i was very happy that it was still warrantied. The bathroom looks great as does the kitchen downstairs Norman and his company did for me ten years ago. I still get compliments on both the kitchen and the bathroom .I  called Norman and thanked him. i still recommend Norman and Homecraft to anyone i speak with who needs any sort of work done in their house. "Jose and his crew do fantastic work. Did all work as promised and on budget. Only change orders were on our side adding things. Alta was originally hired to replace total roof. Work was completed in 2 days with all trash removed. Our replaced bathroom is now the star of the house! We have hard wood floors and new work matched flooring with no noticeable change. Our last project just completed was a sunroom and shed with partition pavers creating a great sitting area. Everything Alta did was done well and we are so very happy.
