We loved his easy going nature, his many years of experience, his ability to answer our tough questions, his no pressure demeanor, his dog friendliness, and his honesty. He also made us laugh, which is always a plus. What really stood out was his willingness to let me pick out and purchase all the components on my own – wall tile, floor tile, shower floor tile, and the plumbing. That saved us money and enabled us to customize the look exactly the way we wanted. Except for the glass shower door which we had to wait for because it came from a separate vendor, the entire project was completed in 9 days. The results are simply stunning. I wanted a rustic Montana-style bathroom and Louie made my dream a reality. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful bathroom with so much functionality. Louie was a breeze to work with and we really appreciated his reliability and promptness each and every day. Today I used the new shower for the first time and it was amazing. "It's hard to imagine a bathroom renovation being a pleasure, but John made it so! He and his partner Michael completed a full gut and remodel of our primary bathroom. He was punctual, efficient, positive and respectful in every aspect of our work together. The finished product looks amazing, and the process was smooth from start to finish thanks to John's hard work, great communication and expertise. From plumbing, to electrical, tiling...he did it all and did it all extremely well! After contacting John for a quote, he responded in a timely manner, came to review the project with us and really listened to what we wanted and found a creative way to make it happen. He provided us a thorough overview of scope of work, along with a shopping list, and the cost for his labor. We liked that we could shop for our own choice of materials to help us control costs there, and his price for labor was very fair. Between estimate to the day our job started, John stayed in touch and was always available for questions, just a text away. He arrived right on time day one, completed the job to schedule, and left our home extremely neat each day, and minimized disruptions (extra appreciated as we work from home and have an infant!). "Jose and his crew do fantastic work. Did all work as promised and on budget. Only change orders were on our side adding things. Alta was originally hired to replace total roof. Work was completed in 2 days with all trash removed. Our replaced bathroom is now the star of the house! We have hard wood floors and new work matched flooring with no noticeable change. Our last project just completed was a sunroom and shed with partition pavers creating a great sitting area. Everything Alta did was done well and we are so very happy. This is the second home renovation project Carmine Argano and Creative Design have completed for me, and they are AMAZING! Stellar in craftsmanship, true pride in their work, and integrity beyond measure. In a world that seems to fall short of anyone you can trust these days, you can trust Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John to take care of you with your best interest at heart. This fall, Carmine finished my kitchen reno in FIVE DAYS! He gutted walls, laid floors, put in cabinets, and even took the liberty to add a bit of crown molding to the top of the cabinets to give it that finished look (free of charge!). He found tile for me, personally walked with me through the granite yard, and bargain hunted quality flooring with me online. (Yes, he does this for every customer.) During the renovation, Carmine discovered the connective plumbing from my upstairs bathroom and downstairs kitchen was not done properly. Apparently, it had been leaking for quite some time. Without distressing me at work, Carmine simply went to work. He purchased new PVC pipe, sealed it properly, took initiative to find the extra ceiling tiles in my basement, replaced the ruined ones, and gave me instructions on how to look for overnight leakage before he reclosed the wall the next day. Carmine could have taken advantage of the situation, he could have misled me, and he certainly could have deferred the job, but he didnâ t. He was honest and fair. I wish I could say the project ended with a tidy bow after those five days, but it did have a hiccup, and NOT to Carmine and Creative Designâ s fault. The promised appliance delivery from the outside vendor was delayedâ ¦ and delayedâ ¦ and delayed over the next SEVEN MONTHS! I have to tell youâ ¦ Carmine acted as the middleman on my behalf for the entire time. He called the vendor. He called the supplier. EVERY WEEK he would make a phone call to someone to check on delivery status and make sure my appliances were not forgotten. Of course, I had the option to cancel the order and upgrade my purchase for a faster guaranteed delivery, but I was on a tight budget and Carmine understood and respected that. Piece by piece the appliances came in. When he was able, Carmine would meet the delivery at my door and make sure to inspect the appliance before it was signed for and accepted. I donâ t know what else to say about Carmine and Creative Design except that you will not find anyone better. Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John are the most dependable and trustworthy people in the field. You cannot go wrong by choosing them."

They put new sheetrock up spackled, painted, removed my tub, converted to shower, tiled shower area and floor of shower, installed shower head. Tile was installed on bathroom floor. Vanity was installed, quartz top installed, faucet put in, Bathroom toilet installed, replaced outlet in bathroom, installed new Halo lights over the vanity, hung the mirror and even hung a large picture for me. They also put all new molding around the floor and replaced molding by the bathroom door and replaced baseboard heating cover. They always cleaned up every day when they were leaving.
