"I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along."

Originally, I planned on getting a tankless unit, but that was prohibitively expensive and not allowed in my community. Taking the next prudent steps, I secured my three estimates. Not only was AquaFlow the least expensive, but when I met Enrique, I knew I wanted to work with him on this project and all future plumbing issues. He explained what needed to be done, secured the tank from the supply dealer, and showed up at 9:00 AM promptly as promised. It was originally planned to be a two man job, but the other person couldn’t make it. Enrique did the entire job on his own. I was amazed. He worked until 5:00 PM. I asked why he didn’t just reschedule with me, but he stuck to the date and time he gave me. He also installed my new touch-less faucet and adjusted the cartridge in the shower and I now can take hot (not warm) showers."

"Had my bathroom gutted and remodeled. Joe and Rolando and Leo were here every day. They put new sheetrock up spackled, painted, removed my tub, converted to shower, tiled shower area and floor of shower, installed shower head. Tile was installed on bathroom floor. Vanity was installed, quartz top installed, faucet put in, Bathroom toilet installed, replaced outlet in bathroom, installed new Halo lights over the vanity, hung the mirror and even hung a large picture for me. They also put all new molding around the floor and replaced molding by the bathroom door and replaced baseboard heating cover. They always cleaned up every day when they were leaving. Bathroom looks beautiful. We're very happy."
