"Over the past year, we interviewed a number of bathroom remodelers but had difficulty finding the one we wanted to work with. Then we met Louie from Kitchen and Bath Works, Inc. (Holbrook, NY) and we knew instantly that he was the one for us. I wanted a rustic Montana-style bathroom and Louie made my dream a reality. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful bathroom with so much functionality. Louie was a breeze to work with and we really appreciated his reliability and promptness each and every day. Today I used the new shower for the first time and it was amazing. "Jose and his crew do fantastic work. Did all work as promised and on budget. Only change orders were on our side adding things. Alta was originally hired to replace total roof. Work was completed in 2 days with all trash removed. Our replaced bathroom is now the star of the house! We have hard wood floors and new work matched flooring with no noticeable change. Our last project just completed was a sunroom and shed with partition pavers creating a great sitting area. Everything Alta did was done well and we are so very happy. "Memo and his wife Abby are fantastic. My wife and I cannot be more thrilled with the quality of work him and his crew provides. Anytime I asked him to do something it was done that day or within the next few days. Not only are they extremely accommodating but are willing to help and always give his advice as if it were his own house. We did a major home renovation which included replacing all windows, interior trim, added crown molding in all rooms, replaced interior doors, siding, sanded and stained all interior floors, replaced all plumbing and light fixtures, painted whole house as well as the garage and put epoxy on the garage floor etc. the list goes on. Memo also fixed any mishaps other trades did like when the electricians did any damage putting in new high hats or light switches. "Jeff was very responsive, from the first call to the last nail. He came quickly to look at what we needed, e-mailed me an estimate later that day. Our timing was perfect; he had just completed a job and was waiting on starting the next, and we were ready to have our work done. I let him know the job was his and he came with his crew the next morning. It was done the following day. The area in which they worked is as clear as if they'd never been there. They put new sheetrock up spackled, painted, removed my tub, converted to shower, tiled shower area and floor of shower, installed shower head. Tile was installed on bathroom floor. Vanity was installed, quartz top installed, faucet put in, Bathroom toilet installed, replaced outlet in bathroom, installed new Halo lights over the vanity, hung the mirror and even hung a large picture for me. They also put all new molding around the floor and replaced molding by the bathroom door and replaced baseboard heating cover. They always cleaned up every day when they were leaving.
