"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

"Brian is warm, professional, and we would definitely hire him again for handyman and home repair needs. His work is high quality, and he communicated with us clearly about the progress of the projects. Brian spotted a couple other small areas in our kitchen from an unrelated stalled project (unfinished corners between drywall sections; a sealed-off electrical outlet box), and offered to complete those for us, which was really helpful and generous. He's also great with dogs. :) As a heads up, Brian is in high demand and so there was a long wait-time between signing his quote and when he was able to schedule us in. But, his work is worth the wait. Strongly recommend."

"I thought the work was fine. I paid $2450. Not long after work was done I could see new long cracks. I called immediately. I was told by the owner that the new cracks were "not a problem", and that he "absolutely guaranteed" the chimney. Really? Were the original cracks that needed reparging for $2450 "not a problem"? What did I pay them for? Didn't matter because nothing was done anyway. A couple of years later the company called me (wanting to get some business) to make a pitch for cleaning the chimney. I told them no, that I was not happy with the cracks and did not want any further service. The employee was surprised, apparently told the owner and he wrote me a letter. He wrote "these cracks are show up in 50% of parging projects we do and are strictly cosmetic". He wrote that "they are not a structural threat to the long term stability of the job, so we leave them alone". He said "he would be happy to repair them". Really? Nothing was done. Now I called again because water has dripped down the chimney bricks in my living room! Now I was told that was because of a roofing issue, not the chimney. They recommended a roofing company. I call the roofer, he came, he climbed up and checked the roof and chimney. He said "the chimney has a DEEP SERIOUS CRACK. I again called the chimney people and told them what the roofer, that they recommended, had said. I was told that a man would be sent over to inspect it. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. AGAIN, NOTHING DONE."
