I chose Chris because he was local, told me that he had done this type of job before, and quoted a reasonable price. He showed up on time and completed the job efficiently even though he had to run out to get new moldings since the old ones could not be removed without breaking them. He obviously takes pride in his work and cleans up the work area after he is finished. He will be the first person I call if I have need for help on another project.
