"I highly recommend Absolute Zero. Kyle didnâ t try to sell me upgraded equipment, he sold me what works sufficiently and what he would install in his house. I got a few quotes for the central AC and his price was the lowest. Installed in the attic that will be renovated into a room, he worked with me and planned and installed the air handler unit and all the ductwork where heâ d leave the center of the room open and did a great, clean job. He said the AHU upstairs and condenser unit outside would be quiet, I was shocked at how quiet everything was. He protected furniture and floors while they worked and left the house clean and tidy after leaving. Iâ m extremely pleased with the work and have already referred him to others."

"The AC was installed in 2021 replacing an existing AC. It worked well for two seasons but I n the beginning of this season 2024, I had problems. Although the technicians that came were nice, they did nothing to fix the problem until Christian who worked tirelessly. In the future I will only ask for him. The reason for the rating is because their customer service is very good, however, I went nearly the entire summer with an AC that was malfunctioning because the first two techs could not find any problem. Also, I find their repairs costly. An example is that I paid to be in a program where they inspect electrical plumbing and hvac. No recommendation was less than $500. In fact my son used them to replace two hoses in the kitchen. Starting price for anything seems to be $500 even if they are there for 30 minutes. The choice is yours. very good customers service, nice but mediocre techs (except for Christian) and costly repairs."

"Jonathan Moya is the owner of the company. My wife and i decided to finish our basement as an extended living space. We asked for three estimates for ac and heating, and mini split systems were recommended. Jonathan Moya and comfort duct systems, was the only company that explained the deficiencies in such a system as compared to central ac and heating. He explained the pros and cons of each system- In fact, the mini split would have cost us more money! My overall experience has been nothing but positive. I found Jonathan to be honest, knowledgeable, and extremely proficient and reasonable. I was confident from the moment that I met him, and after he completed the installation of my central AC unit for a 2000 square foot basement, it confirmed my initial instincts- Jonathan is simply the best at what he does.
