"Jeff and his crew were amazing to work with! I have had some very bad experiences with previous contractors, and I never thought that I would have such a positive experience with a contractor. Jeff and his crew came in every day and performed their job - left end of the day everything clean and organized - not a mess. They went above and beyond and accommodated changes that I requested that were not part of original quote without adding to our cost. Jeff was courteous, helpful, on time, and worked on weekends as well to make sure job was done in given time frame. they even finished 2 weeks before they had estimated (was told 8 weeks, he finished in 6 weeks. I will definitely be hiring Northgate again in the future once I can afford to do more work to my house. I would 100% recommend Northgate to anyone looking for a contractor. "Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased. "I used these guys for a remodeling job which included bathroom renovation, some minor electrical work, knocking down and installing new dry wall and painting. Class acts! We all hear horror stories about contractors not calling you back or not showing up on time or showing up at all. Not these guys! Hector, Moises and their crew really did exactly what they said they were going to do. Friendly, responsive and oh yea, solid work! Professional through and through! "This contractor was prompt and on time, with a great attitude. His crew was efficient and clean, and completed the job on schedule. The pictures show unpainted wood because it needs time to sit out, but the contractor will be back to paint and do additional work in September. I would highly recommend them!"

"Ray didn’t just put in a whole new kitchen, including a pantry. He also ( I hope I remember everything) remodelled two bathrooms, put in a new front door, built steps into my garage, brought my washer & dryer up from the basement & installed it in my garage, helped us put together our gazebo. My favorite thing he built is our gorgeous large deck. We joke about it, it’s so well built that we’re holding onto it in a hurricane. Ray is so easy to work with, very caring & creative with suggestions. He has the nicest & very capable workers. We still stay in contact on a friendly bases, can’t say that about all contractors."
