I first contacted this company for a second estimate (the first was a lot more, by about $100.00) on a Monday and I had an appointment scheduled for that Wednesday, two days later, between noon and 2 PM. The technician, Josh, called when he was about 15 minutes away, showing up around 1:30. He got right to work in removing it, and once the hornets had died, he broke it apart to show me the inside. (Even though it was a nest of stinging insects, I must admit that the intricate structure within was amazing. He took the time to explain how the hornets and hive fuctioned, which was really interesting - - he missed his true calling, in that he should have been an entomologist.) If I ever have the need for hive removal again, I would call Absolute Pest Control without a second thought, and have absolutely no reservations about recommending this company to friends!!!!!
