Despite it he proceeded to give me all the information needed for the project. And it was much needed indeed - I had been completely clueless about window replacement. He spent close to an hour telling me everything I need to know and he was very honest and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Now I understand why this company has so many good reviews - they've been in business for two decades and they really care about the quality.
