The crew took their time and did an excellent job power washing the house and cleaning every window, screen and track. The guys were polite and consciousness. I would definitely hire Window Genie again.

When I booked this appointment, I was told the cost should be around $200. The cost turned out to be $460. Another company quoted me $850, but they would have done every single window in the house. I had 10 out of 30 windows done. If you do the math, it would have been to my benefit to hire the $850 crew. The workers were very professional, but really slow. They arrived around 8:45 and left at 12:25 PM.

When your original phone estimate was provided we did not account for storm windows (as our estimate states we confirm window count and type onsite). When our technicians arrived onsite they informed both our office and yourself that there would be additional charges to disassemble, properly clean (using our three-step process), and reassemble those storm windows as well as additional labor to detail clean screens and tracks - again all of this is clearly stated in our estimate. The final window count we received was (4) four 8 over 8 true divided light windows plus storm, eleven standard windows, seven tracks, and seven screens - (we cleaned 15 windows according to our notes) if you had 30 in the house then its likely our pricing would have been about the same as our competitor. Again we appreciate the opportunity to serve and encourage you to reach out to our office with any further questions."

Amazing job!!! Nate was so easy to talk to and accommodated coming within a time frame that I requested. Wil and Dimaunie were AMAZING!!! They cleaned my windows so well, inside, outside, screens and all. They were kind and respected my home. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Will most definitely use them again.

The job went very smoothly and their work was very good - I'd say a B+/4.5 stars. Starting with the initial consult, Nate, the owner, was very professional and gave a detailed estimate. Pricing is transparent. He was punctual, and responsive to questions. I appreciated his honesty about what the pressure washing could and could not do with respect to some very dirty areas of our home's exterior. The 2 people who worked on our house were also punctual and professional. They were very nice and worked efficiently. There were a few small issues - parts of window frames that weren't cleaned; and interior and exterior post-work cleanup that could have been a bit better. I trust these would be addressed on future visits and would not prevent me from hiring Window Genie of Westchester again.

Fantastic job. Team arrived on time and they were cordial, well organized, and efficient. And the work they did -- it's a pleasure to look through squeaky clean windows with not a speck of dust or dirt left behind! Also, I noticed after they left that they'd gone above and beyond, cleaning hard to reach mirrors in our bathrooms which was an extra bonus. Highest recommendation.

I selected Window Genie because their response to my request for service was quick and professional . Although they were not the lowest priced they gave the most detailed written estimate and verbal explanation of services , including clean up. They did also arrive late to the initially scheduled appointment but arrived first thing three days later as promised. The delivered services were excellent. The workers were friendly, professional and meticulous. I give them a 4.5 out of 5.
