"This provider is one for the most honest and professional I've ever met - upon arrival he immediately told me that he is not the guy for the job - the windows in my house should be wood and he does not do wood windows. He spent close to an hour telling me everything I need to know and he was very honest and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.
