They called me within 5 minutes of the request, came out for a quote within 60 minutes, negotiated a bit on price (we settled on $1500 total), had a truck hear within 2 hours of the initial visit, and had the trees down 90 minutes later. When reviewing the completed job, I asked them to move the logs because it was on my neighbors plot, it was no issue either. 10 out of 10 stars for the job they did for us."

Ours was particularly tricky as we're in a townhouse, and the tree had to removed from our back garden through the house. They worked all day on my yard, eliminating and removing 2 large oak trees, an extremely tall hickory tree, 9 pine trees, and a "widow-maker" deciduous tree in 100 degree heat. My kids and I tried to bring them food, drinks, chairs, etc... , but we had to be EXTREMELY forceful for them to accept our offering.
