Max was professional when I called to get a quote. The movers arrived earlier than scheduled and I was pleased with that. The movers were professional and organized in packing up the large pieces of furniture since most of them are antiques. When everything was moved to the new apt, nothing was damaged upon inspection. Max called me a week later to follow-up to see how the move went. Lenore was awesome through out the whole process, she took the time to explain the pricing which was extremely competitive. There was a little miscommunication on my end which ended up with us getting a smaller truck that would not fit all of our items.
