This complete bathroom remodel was done back in 2017. Greg and Ethan did a great job and at a great price. They offered ideas and suggestions and worked with our ideas as well. A pleasure to work with.

We only had to supply measurements and a basic design concept and Ethan took it from there. When it was installed it was well beyond our expectations. There is nothing like a custom piece to make a room pop. We could not be happier with the creativity and craftsmanship. If you're looking for a top notch professional, then look no further than Ethan.

We couldn't be more pleased. Greg, Ethan and Tyler were terrific to work with. WE had a new kitchen backsplashe and bathroom remodel with everything replaced but the floor tile and tub.. Greg and Ethan explained the work being performed each day, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and were always prompt and responsive. The price was very reasonable and the quality was high. We had a more decorative backsplash added in the kitchen, than I initially discussed with Greg but he was flexible and ensured the project was installed as I had envisioned it. While Greg was not did not brooch the topic of more money for the extra time and the effort, I added additional $s to accommodate the extra time/complexity. The tiling project in the bathtub/shower was modern, but classic. Greg and Ethan were both helpful and knowledgable about what tiling products were needed (to avoid overpurchasing superfluous products). We also received a nice (significant) contractors' discount from one of the tile local stores on Wolf Road! We would definately use both the tile place and Muellers for other projects. They are booking a few months out, but worth the wait!

We use Greg and Ethan for everything we need done in our house, this most recent time was a small job, but as always they were great to work with in every way. This job entailed ripped out rotting cedar shake, and replacing it with new, which they modified to make it match the existing siding. They also removed a section of a garage door and replaced it. As usual, the work is perfect, the price is right, and they are great guys who stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!

Greg and Ethan were excellent. They always showed up when they said they were and cleaned up each day when they were done. Their workmanship was excellent. The tile work in the shower was amazing. The contractor who came to install the stone for the vanity made sure to tell me what a great job Greg and Ethan had done. They also went above and beyond, and always answered every little question I had. I would definitely hire them again.

I had Greg & his son do several jobs for me to do some upgrading to my home. Greg is dependable, fair with his prices and when he starts a job he comes every day until the job is finished. That is an excellent quality in a hired professional. I would hire him again if there was anything I needed. He did a partial remodel of my bathroom, a front porch with trek decking and he put trek decking on my back patio.

Excellent service, very punctual, very flexible (We had issues with material coming in from Home depot and Lowe's). As we are more comfortable and start to trust them more, we want to offer them more project, but they only take jobs that they are comfortable/confident that they will do well. Something i really appreciate about this team. Will definitely reach out to Greg again for future projects

BEWARE! Save yourself the stress, and don’t hire Greg. Quick Review for those who may not have time for details: Poor communication skills (very aggressive when you tell him you’re unhappy with his work), tiling skills, and accepting a job beyond his skill level made this into a terrible situation! After meeting with several contractors, my husband and I hired Greg when he offered us the lowest price. That should have been our first warning, but we were hoping to save money with our first baby on the way. Low price does NOT equal quality! If you want a quick reno on something that you don’t care for much and isn’t going to be your forever home then hire Greg. He thinks he knows better than his client, and will do work different than originally agreed to without even consulting you. Then if you ask him to fix it he’ll ask for more money. Total scam! Expect to pay him extra money to fix his own mistakes. Since he does not do a written legal agreement anything can happen. Don’t hire a contractor without a written contract! ---------------------------------- We hired Greg for plumbing, creating a custom shower base, and tiling our shower. My husband and brother who worked with a construction company for years were completing the rest of the bathroom remodel. We knew our limits in certain areas and were hoping to get an experienced contractor to complete components we could not. Although the price was great, the quality of work was not. When taking the job, Greg had agreed to replace the top half of our metal vent waste pipe with PVC. After Greg worked on this for a day, we came home to find a horizontal pipe running from the vent pipe to our wall. When we called Greg to tell him a horizontal pipe in the middle of our wall was unacceptable, he told us we would have to pay him to fix it. Greg should not have made physical alterations to our bathroom that were not included in the original request without our approval. He didn't even try to contact us to let us know he would be doing something totally different than removing the pipe. We were shocked he now wanted additional money to fix his error. However, as we did not want to slow the process we agreed to pay him additional funds. The second time Greg tried to remove the pipe, we came home to discover he only removed the horizontal pipe with a vertical pvc pipe parallel to the metal pipe (picture below), once again NOT removing the metal pipe as requested! We immediately called Greg and let him know we were not satisfied and would like to meet with him in person, which he agreed to. When we met with Greg we told him we were not happy with the work and were not paying him the additional money, as the job was not done according to the original agreement. We also pointed out to him how he braced the metal pipe to the wall was totally unsafe (Pictures below), which he of course disagreed with and said was fine. He was incredibly combative and argumentative saying the vertical pvc pipe next to the metal pipe was not a big deal since we were going to be installing a surround around it anyway. At this point, we knew our concerns weren't being acknowledged. When we were firm on not paying the extra cost, Greg informed us removing the pipe was now too dangerous for him and we would have to hire another contractor. At a loss, we then hired another contractor who completed the job in 20 minutes at a much lower price. Even more alarming was the contractor who did remove the pipe informed us the metal pipe Greg had braced to the wall was totally unsafe! The contractor was literally able to remove the brace and pipe from the wall with their bare hands. It was obvious to us at that point Greg accepted a job that was above his skill set. If he had just stated from the beginning he was unable to do the job it would have saved us a lot of stress and money. Although we had several doubts about Greg we still needed him to complete tiling our shower as it was almost finished. After this situation, we noticed gaps in the grout and one wall had uneven tiles (Pictures Below). After seeing this and the issues with the pipe, we informed Greg he did not need to do the plumbing finishes and only needed to complete the shower bench. The day Greg installed the bench, we came home to find a poorly installed piece of marble wedged into the shower with extra grout lathered on the side, which just makes the bench looked chipped. This was the last straw, we called Greg and told him we were unhappy with the bench and wanted to know why the bench was so uneven. Of course he responded it was our fault because of the back wall we had built, however what he did not realize (if he hadn’t been talking over me the entire time) was that it was the wall he had built under the bench. We included pictures below. What was incredibly upsetting during our last conversation with Greg, was he all of the sudden had an issue with us doing the rest of the bathroom and our home being an older home! He should not have accepted the job in the first place, as these were made obvious from the beginning. He also stated "We have a problem working with you people because you think your contractors." What Greg forgot, as mentioned prior, our family has worked in construction and know when a contractor is trying to get a away with doing crappy work. We’re sure it was not for these reasons, but because we questioned him and were unhappy with what he installed. All the issues we had were aesthetically apparent as can be seen in the photos. Greg refused to fix the bench and told us to “Go ahead write a bad review and cancel your check.” I’m sure Greg will respond to this review with the same anger and combative communication (as can been seen in his other responses to bad reviews). However, we really felt this was necessary to post so others don't have the same stressful, upsetting, and disappointing experience we had.
Response from GREG MUELLER
"I belive this review is more about not paying their final bill and less about the quality of our work . We gave her the lowest price but she gave us a f on price. We were always there when said we would be but she gave us an f for punctuality. She gave us an f for responsiveness I always respond to my customers asap . this customer has lied 3 of th 5 grade levels . We try to give our customers the best service we can . But there are some customers that we are unable to satisify . This is the only customer from angies that has ever given us a bad review for our work . And I take that personaly. In all we have 52 A reviews . I still feel bad that this customer had a bad experance with us . I also have photos of our work but I am unable to add them to this review , they might tell another story, please keep this in mind if you read this .Thanks Greg Mueller"

This was a tough job, but Greg and Ethan were up for the challenge. Bought used, fancy Italian kitchen cabinets that were custom fit for another's kitchen, as well as used high-end appliances! Greg and Ethan were patient and very hard-working. They made excellent design suggestions when we ran into obstacles and resolved them. Beautiful work, cleaned up area nicely each day, worked around my crazy schedule, especially during the wait time that it took for something to be ordered. We also had Greg and Ethan do some other odd jobs around the house, and window and door installations. They produced similar excellent results. I would not hesitate to use them again for any large or small job.

Greg and Ethan were simply fantastic. They did an amazing job. We love our new kitchen and we are so pleased with the skill, responsiveness and timeliness of the job they did renovating it. They exceeded our expectations. It was an absolute pleasure working with them both and everyday they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. They were organized, pleasant and very knowledgeful and skilled. We will be hiring them again!

Greg and his son Ethan were incredible to work with. Their punctuality and commitment to detail was amazing. The work area was spotless they finished each day. They kept me well informed as to what was being done and even assisted when they discovered the supplier of the cabinets had made an error in sizing. I would highly recommend them and will have them back to do a bathroom renovation in the near future.

It went wonderfully well. We are very pleased. Greg and Ethan are the consummate professionals. They were a pleasure to work with. We selected them through Angie's list because we liked the reviews they had received. People were correct. Greg came when he said he would. Provided an estimate when he said he would. He also kept us informed of any project delays. He provided ideas, and both Greg and Ethan kept us involved in the project as it went along. Their work was very professional, Each day they cleaned up after themselves so you would not have known from the rest of the house that any construction work was being done. They were very cheerful, honest and trustworthy. We would absolutely use them again should the need arise. An "A" or even an "A+ " mark is not sufficient for the caliber of the work that was done.

Greg and Ethan did a great job finishing our attic. They were right on budget and flexible with things we changed. They started and finished when they said they would. The attic presented some unexpected challenges, but they handled them well. I'd definitely recommend them.

What can I say about Greg and his son Ethan...except they are awesome! What did they do at our old home? Well, just about everything! They started by putting in new drywall ceilings and walls in 3 bedrooms, installed new lighting, 2 new windows and ceramic tile flooring. They ran into having to replace more damage than expected, but nothing phased them. Next they gutted our bathroom, took out the tub and all the old fixtures, and put in a tile floor, new window, tile all the way up to the ceiling, and a new tiled shower. We picked out all the items (vanity, toilet, fixtures) and they promptly installed them. Lastly we had our kitchen and dining room completely gutted, removing 1/2 a wall. and having new drywall ceilings and walls. They installed LVT tile, all the cabinets and island, new windows, sink, new heat, plumbing, 2 new doors, and all the fixtures and braced the floor. They were always cordial, on time, worked very well together, and were very pleasant to deal with. He asked me in the beginning if I really wanted to take on such a project, but I am so happy I found them on Angie's List !!! They always cleaned up each day, hauled all the debris away, and asked if we had any questions. They made this once in a lifetime re-model an easy experience. I only wish we had more money, and I would have them do more. It seems weird not having them here, now that they completed our last project. I would recommend them for any construction work you may need :)

Excellent! As usual, Greg and his son Ethan did an excellent job replacing our front door. The old door with two side lights was removed and replaced with a new door w/o side lights. The exterior matches perfectly with the house; the interior is excellent as well. They cleaned up the work area and left the place in great shape. We would not hesitate to hire Greg and Ethan again.

The work looks great and they were very nice.  The hardest part for us was selecting all the materials (tub, tile, faucets, grout, vanity, shower door, mirrors, light fixtures)  to make sure we got the right thing and had it ready before he arrived- based on what we chose that added about $1,500 per bathroom.   I would recommend him.
