"I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! TRUST ME AND TAKE MY ADVISE! I hired this company through Angi to fix a toilet leak. A guy named Steve came to my property and, without inspecting the source of the leak, immediately replaced the wax ring at the base of the toilet. He charged me $140, but the leak persisted. When I asked him about it, he claimed the toilet tank had a leak and wanted to charge me an additional $400 to replace the toilet. He wanted to charge me twice for this job. If he'd inspected the source of the leak initially, I would've paid $400 to replace the toilet instead of additional $140 for the wax ring. I think this is a scam, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services"

A contract is drawn up between the customer and Storie Construction, based on the guidelines of the Attorney General's Office, which includes a job description, materials, beginning and ending dates of the job, and signatures of both customer and Storie Construction.
