Had same overflow problem again this weekend and was pretty mad. Call Mid Suffolk and was greeted very professionally and kindly on phone by Christine on Saturday night Sept 14th 2019. Was told her husband Bob would show up Sunday morning. He did at 11am and provided much need excellent service and advice. Completely serviced both pools for a reasonable price.
