From the sales representative, Anthony, to the owners Mark and Madelyn, our family's experience with this company was impeccable. They showed such care and compassion once they found out that the Long Island's hard water in our home caused our 5 month old skin to breakout so badly. She was in such distress and they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the water system was installed ASAP. The installers were so considerate that they even removed their shoes while working in our kitchen, without us asking them to do so. They worked efficiently and were very thorough. Jennifer who handles the office matters, was a pleasure to work with. As she rightfully texted me, It takes a village to raise a child and we truly are blessed to be a part of this water family. We rewashed the baby's clothes and you can immediately feel the difference and the natural products that can only be ordered through the company will save us tons of money from household cleaning supplies to bodywash everything is all natural. I have already convinced my pastors to have the system installed in their new long island home and will continue to recommend this company to everyone I can. Worth every single penny!

Prompt, efficient and excellent service. All Employees wore masks and were vaccinated.

I am now on their maintenance program. I pay a reasonable yearly fee and they come to me like clockwork. I am called a day or two before. They give me a 3 hour time frame and they show up right on time. It takes maybe 5 minutes for them to add the salt fix the timer test the water. The last person that came was Joey who is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. So are all their other employee. They are great to work with.

I am now under maintenance upkeep with LI Clean Water They consistently show up on time. I had a service appointment with Joey who came precisely on time. Was very courteous, friendly and knew his job. It's always a pleasure dealing with their people.

Spoke to a very knowledgeable person to make the appointment. The installers came on time and worked efficiently. They made sure everything was functioning prior to leaving. I contacted other companies and this company seemed to offer the best pricing.

I called made an appointment and within a few days a representative from the company arrived on time, prepared to explain their products. I purchased a clean water system for my kitchen and the installer was prompt, professional, very courteous....he even removed the older now dated water system. I am totally satisfied with the product and service and would recommend the company without reservation.

The receptionist was courteous and personable when I called. The workers arrived promptly. They were professional and knowledgeable. They completed the work efficiently and promptly. I have used filtered water for over ten years. This was the first time I used this company and their prices were entirely reasonable. I have a water tester. And the new water filtering system they installed passed the test for excellent water filtration.
