"My overall experience was wonderful! Beginning with Chris, my sales rep, to the young men who came to conduct measurements and go over logistics with me. They took their time and answered all my questions. The installation crew were courteous, professional and friendly. At end of installations, the project manager made sure that I checked all aspects of the windows, from hinges, to opening and closing and testing for any draft. He and his crew also cleaned up after themselves. And let's not forget Diana (my new bestie), who kept me abreast of project with updates. Truly a great experience!!!! "My experience with Pro Master Construction, particularly, the owner, has been rather a good one. I was very pleased with the expertise of Luan and bedside manner as he understood my concerns. He took the time to carefully observed, evaluated, and explained in detail what exactly needed to be done. He is even gone far and beyond by adding a couple of extra materials to secure the gutters. He is an honest man, for which I rarely say about the 30+ house-related contractors I have dealt with to-date, let alone do I write reviews. If you are planning to install gutter guards, then may I suggest that you ask for more options other than the one they offer. I went with Mike Holmes smooth perforated metal gutter leaf guards (Holmes calls it smart screens). No need for fancy mesh top (will sludge in due time), wired screens, etc. Effectiveness and function are key!"

"John and his crew did a great job!. They showed up on time everyday and got the job done rain or shine. They re-sided my whole house installed a double hung window, bow window and glass slider. One of the windows were the wrong size and he was able to adapt and install a new header to make it work. Unfortunately John got into a motorcycle accident in the middle of the job but he stilled worked two days latter cutting siding for his crew. Great guy, polite, reasonable and easy to work with. I recommended him to a co-worker and she was happy with the work as well. I would be a reference and recommend him anytime"
