"George did a GREAT job!!! Our carpet had not been cleaned for 3 years, due to COVID. We do not allow shoes on carpet in our home , and I did regularly vacuum- so that helped with cleanliness. But there were coffee spills, by other family members. George owns Supreme Steam, and takes great pride in doing the job correctly. He is certified in several types of carpet care, and working on his Upholestery certifications. He is Very! Focused, informs you of how he will clean the various areas, and Always listens to what the Homeowner needs. He has a great, positive personality, and is extremely strong. I moved all the furniture myself, as I do not think it’s fair to make the Cleaner move all those items, but he can certainly help with bulky items if needed. He brings his own Blue Booties so his shoes never touch the carpet. A reall go-getter with No Excuses!!!! He came back for some touch ups, with a different product that really worked on the very light carpet. And he did so, willingly. George is a gust of fresh air, focus and talent.
