This was the second time George had to restretch our carpet through no fault of his own. He got in touch promptly and showed up on time, he took care of the carpet and, as it was a repeat visit, there was no charge...couldn't ask for better!

George responded the very evening I placed the project on Home Advisor. He was polite and professional on the phone and when he came the next day. He repaired the damaged selvage on my Tibetan rug on the spot. He was very honest in telling me we could do the same repair ourselves; but I preferred to have a pro do it. He glued the underside. It looks perfect from the top. I am not certain this was the best method to repair an unraveling selvage; but as the rug was already stained I agreed to this process. He gave me estimates for cleaning my other rugs. His pricing is a bit high; but I believe he may do a superior job as he actually washes the rugs rather than steam cleanin.

George was on time, did a quality job stretching our carpet, was efficient, clean. My husband is very picky about work done around our home -- he was very pleased with the work George did.

George is both a professional and personal delight to have working in your home. He knows his business, is proud of his work, and cares about the customer and the service he provides. While of course I hope NOT to need his services in the future! I am sure there will be times when I will need to call upon him again and will highly recommend him to others. Thank you!

What can I say about George and Carpet Pharmacy other than praise....not a single thing. George worked with me and my busy schedule and we were able to get my bedroom and hallway carpets stretched just in time to receive my new bedroom furniture. The carpets look almost brand new like they were when they were first laid. George is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even vacuumed up the carpet shavings when he was done. I highly recommend George and Carpet Pharmacy for all your carpet repair needs.

George replied promptly to my inquiry and set up an appointment for the next day. He gave me a reasonable quote and did the job on the spot. Professional and polite. Highly recommend.
