"George did a GREAT job!!! Our carpet had not been cleaned for 3 years, due to COVID. We do not allow shoes on carpet in our home , and I did regularly vacuum- so that helped with cleanliness. But there were coffee spills, by other family members. George owns Supreme Steam, and takes great pride in doing the job correctly. He is certified in several types of carpet care, and working on his Upholestery certifications. He is Very! Focused, informs you of how he will clean the various areas, and Always listens to what the Homeowner needs. He has a great, positive personality, and is extremely strong. I moved all the furniture myself, as I do not think it’s fair to make the Cleaner move all those items, but he can certainly help with bulky items if needed. He brings his own Blue Booties so his shoes never touch the carpet. A reall go-getter with No Excuses!!!! He came back for some touch ups, with a different product that really worked on the very light carpet. And he did so, willingly. George is a gust of fresh air, focus and talent. He is a terrific young man!!!! I will always use his service in the future; we have lived in Pt. Jeff for 39 years—- so great to find an honest, great carpet and upholstery person!!! Perfect work for a reasonable cost!!"

"I was very impressed with this company. We had said when we scheduled the appointment that we absolutely positively needed the carpet installed within two days. We were on a very tight time table: closing on Tuesday afternoon, needed carpet installed on Weds, and then receive furniture from storage on Thursday. There was no room for error.
When the owner came to meet me the evening, right after we closed on the apartment (not Mike but his partner), he brought a selection of carpets that he said he had in stock and were available for installation the next day. All I had to do was say the word and he would be there at a specific time. If I have any complaint, it is that the selection was rather limited, but then again, beggars can't be choosers. So, I picked the color and quality we wanted. He measured. I wrote a check and told him I would tell him what time to come the next day.
Though there was a little confusion over who said what about the time of delivery (they showed up essentially before I had called to say I was ready), the installation went off without a hitch and it took a LONG time, too. I don't know if it had to do with the odor remediation or the install itself, but for whatever reason, the installers were there into the evening. Nonetheless , they did an awesome job and the carpet looks great.
I would totally use them again, though I hope this carpet lasts for a very long time. So far, I see no signs that it won't.

"Ricardo called the next day and he met with me as agreed. His bid was the most fair for a Great room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 11 stairs, foyer and entertainment room. He also agreed to do the job as requested over a two week period. He helped us move heavy furniture which not many would do. He and his crew were very nice. The floors came out Great! Thanks"

"Very good.  Not all the stains came up completely on the family room carpet but some of those stains pre-date our purchase of the house in 2010.
