My wife and I were moving out of our apartment that day after two years. Chris was on time at 12 noon, but we still had a decent amount of our things in the apartment. Chris suggested that he would go pick up some equipment for another job and come back in 45-60 minutes. He did just that and came back in an hour. We were all moved out and Chris worked his magic! I had to leave him at the apartment so I could move everything to my new home. When I came back later that night to do a final walkthrough, THE CARPETS LOOKED AMAZING!

I HAVE USED COUSINS IN THE PAST AND THEY DO NICE WORK BUT ALWAYS LATE. I HIRED THEM TWO WEEKS AGO FOR SATURDAY JUNE 9,2018 . THIS APPT WAS CONFIRMED ON FRIDAY JUNE 8,2018 WITH MY WIFE . OUR APPT WAS BETWEEN 11- 2PM ON SATURDAY. WELL THEY NEVER SHOWED. WE AS TWO SENIORS MOVED ALOT OF ITEMS AND AT 70 YRS OLD NOT AN EASY TASK. AT 8PM WE HAD TO START PUTTING THINGS BACK. DURING THE DAY THREE PHONE CALLS WITH MESSAGES WERE LEFT ON THEIR MACHINE WITH NO RETURN CALL.. BESIDES WAISTING A COMPLETE DAY I FELT WE WERE LIKE TWO CHILDREN WAITING FOR SANTA ON CHRISTMAS LOOKING OUT THE DOOR AND WINDOW. I THINK YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU CAN;T MAKE IT GIVE A CALL. WHAT MADE MATTERS WORSE, WE WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR THIS APPT BECAUSE WE WERE HAVING WORK DONE ON MONDAY JUNE 11 AND IT WAS IMPORTANT TO GET THIS OUT OF THE WAY.
