Someone came in to measure the space and a quote was provided in 24 hours. Took 2 weeks to order the type of flooring I needed but they were flexible in scheduling the job for when the office wasn't busy. Installers were very nice.

I was given a price but I never received a formal document. There were some issues when the installer arrived but since I wasn't given the document ahead of time, I wasn't prepared for some extra charges.

Great experience from start to finish. The salesman Phil came to our apartment t with samples. He was very professional and friendly. We had three other estimates and Phil matched the lowest. The install was quick, the installers were friendly, cleaned up very well and knew what they were doing! We are very happy with our new floor!
