Dennis really knows his business. He gave me allowances for various things when I gave him my original budget, which I chose to overrun. His workmanship is impeccable. He is neat and clean and each night when he left, the room in which he was working was left with the materials all placed in one spot. Was it inconvenient brushing my teeth downstairs in the half bath for five days...perhaps but definitely worth it. I had requested an extra outlet in the master bath. On his own, Dennis thoughtfully found a combination two gang....one side had a place for two plugs and the other was a photoelectrically lit night light. When it gets dark at night the nightlight automatically goes on. Given my age, he felt this would best suit my needs. I was and continue to be thrilled with the addition of this low impact LED nightlight in my bathroom. When the vanity I wanted was a bit smaller than my previous one, Dennis found a way to easily and unobtrusively fill the footprint of the original vanity so the counterspace would remain the same. I cannot recommend Dennis Cuoco highly enough. I have recommended him to several clients all of whom have had the same reaction.

Dennis is easily the best contractor I've ever encountered. With years of experience that range from overseeing construction as a general contractor to doing relatively small home improvement projects, Dennis has the experience to handle any job. His knowledge of the construction trades is encyclopedic. He has an excellent sense of design and an ability to envision a project and all of its requirements before he picks up a tool. In addition to our front porch, Dennis also built a family room in our basement and a deck on our house. In planning our deck Dennis made a number of recommendations, including built in flower pots and LED lighting, that have made it a beautiful and special area for entertaining during the summer. Even with something as simple as installing power outlets on the deck, Dennis gave considerable thought to the most logical and convenient locations for them. Our porch was not a straight-forward job. As he began work, Dennis discovered our porch columns and railing had considerable rot. Replacing the columns and fitting new railing was a difficult task which Dennis accomplished with all the skill I've come to expect from him. I wish I could post photos to illustrate the quality of his work. Dennis’ prices are reasonable. It may be possible to find someone to do your job for less money; you will not find anyone to do it better. When we need something done to our house I no longer bother to get competitive bids- I just call Dennis.

I WAS PLEASED AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY ELSE. HE KEPT HIS WORD. WHEN HE SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO SOMETHING, HE DID IT. THOSE TYPES OF THINGS ARE IMPORTANT.
