We were promptly contacted by someone else with the company who put us on the schedule for sometime between 12-4pm. Was actually at my house 2 minutes before me as I was staying at my in laws house 10 minutes away. He actually called me to see if I was home and he waited for me as I was 2 minutes away. As far as the work, he was very thorough. He saw that my boiler had not been serviced in quite some time and that it was 33 Year’s old. I told him that we actually had somebody look at the furnace before we purchased the house and to service the boiler. Based on what he saw he seemed genuinely upset that the company that previously looked at the boiler has a license because of the shape that it was in. Needless to say we are looking at getting a new boiler and probably switching to natural gas from oil. Still pricing it out right now but will update my review if I choose JSP to install our new boiler. The cost we incurred during this visit was to keep the boiler running temporarily."
