"We have used Ed and his crew often over the winter do to maintenance cleanings and carpet cleanings. We just had them come in and do a deep spring cleaning which included my basement and windows. He also painted a fence in my side yard. Once again the work of ed and his crew was beyond what we expected. They were very accommodating and did everything we requested. We will continue to use them for multiple things."

Cleaned out my backed up gutters and roofs very efficiently and effectively. Left no mess at all during and after work, continually cleaning up. They even cut down a small tree overhanging my roof. "Our first use of Empire was nice. They were timely, clean, and did a very nice job with our master bedroom, hall and office conversion from wall-to-wall to hard wood. Two years later we opted to use them again to remove the carpet from the remaining bedrooms from carpet to hardwood. The installers were great BUT the sales guy needs to retire. He stated that 4 bedrooms could be done in a day. With an ample size crew - ok. BUT 3 guys showed up and one left after getting the first two settled. Then later the another left leaving one guy. We were dumbfounded. They arrived at 9 a.m. and left at 11:35 p.m. We fed them lunch, we fed them rib eyes steaks for dinner. They plowed through. The sales guy called asking how it was going around 4 p.m. and I wanted to strangle him. NEVER AGAIN. Empire called to followup and when I tried to call back I got nothing so in essence they got paid and they don't care. Lesson learned - old sales guy lie."
