"I called them because we had just moved into our new home and the hallway upstairs (all carpet) had some serious dirt from the movers. In addition, I had moved over a large area rug that I was going to trash (dog had peed on it numerous times). I figured that I would give it a try and have it professionally cleaned. USA Carpet Cleaning came right on time and did an amazing job. All of the stains were lifted and the area rug looked and smelled great! "The job went smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Alan was punctual for our appointment to discuss the paint job. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Candi had the detailed quote available in just two days. The painting crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly for the next 9 days to finish the prep and painting work. Jose, Sammy, Max and Richie were very polite and very willing to discuss the status of the work. They worked very cleanly during the prepping and painting. They put down plastic tarps to collect all the scrapings and cleaned up the yard each evening before going home. "The original project targeted only the Kitchen with minimum lay out modification. We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I.
