"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"I felt the need to write this review, although technically Greg and I have never done business. In the recent round of rain storms, my sump pump stopped working as it is supposed to, and I ended up with about 5 inches of groundwater in the basement. I was able to get the sump pump working again, but 3 days after it stopped raining, I was still getting a lot of water in the pit. I found a sticker for Contractors Waterfproofing, and figured they might of installed the system for the old owners, so I gave them a call. From the moment he picked up Greg was service oriented and responsive. He asked for my address to look up the job, and when he couldn't find it, he called back within 5 minutes to ask what was going on. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me that was normal for my part of town, and told me I just needed to replace the pump and I would be fine. He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, and was willing to explain the whole job in detail."

"I hired Rogers Landscaping for an emergency repair to my driveway due to water erosion. They showed up ASAP and removed the existing culvert pipe, installed a larger one and redid my driveway better than it was before. "Foreman Tim and crew members Dan and Ty did an excellent job installing a complex series of supports for our basement walls. While they worked hard each day, they were still most accommodating of our needs as homeowners. They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure.
