Plumber Pro Service and Drain handled everything including researching the proper faucets to use, opening walls and ceilings where needed, and replacing pipes. The plumber who came to us was a gentleman named Russell Miller and he is top notch! The areas where he worked were left cleaner than he found them and in a matter of hours he transformed our access to outdoor water supplies from unworkable to optimal operation! We are having Plumber Pro Service and Drsin back to do more work and I recommend them very highly!

JEFF was the tech who came to my house. His professionalism really impressed me because he was determined to find the leak and fix it. It took awhile but he took care of it, and also informed us of a couple of things we should watch.

Ahhhh, what a relief to get plumbing services from Plumbing Pros. We needed a large project done in our home in Athens, GA. I texted Sam Ivey and he responded immediately! On Christmas Day! That was on Friday. He had a professional plumber, Ethan Johnson, at our house on Monday to give us an estimate. We accepted his estimate and he began work the next day. The service was more complicated than he thought, but he did not change the estimate. He brought our 70 year old house up to code, restored water pressure in our kitchen, and ran new lines where necessary. PLUS, at our request, he replaced our 30 year old water heater at a reasonable cost. We had a slight misunderstanding on what day he would finish the job under the kitchen, but those things happen, and it was New Year's weekend. So far, we are delighted with Ethan's work and work ethic. We had called other plumbers who never even returned our call! I highly recommend Plumber Pros to anyone. Their customer service an communication skills are excellent!!

Gavin did a quick and awesome job repairing my leaking toilet. I had already replaced the wax ring but it was still leaking, Gavin found the problem in less than a minute - it was rusty bolts in my tank. This toilet was not that old. I will hire this company again.
