  First of all I want to thank Heidi, she was excellent! She really explained everything in detail. She knows the business in and out which made it an easy decision to go with this company. Also, Jim (the owner) and his entire team showed up and they weren't wasting any time on doing an awesome job on our big driveway. It was amazing to see all the guys and machines moving up and down the driveway which was in such despair. Not only did they regrade our driveway getting rid of all the potholes they added stone to the entire driveway and then they paved it. They definitely surpassed our expectations from start to finish. If anybody needs paving these are definitely the pros to call!!show more

  When you want something done right, you call Handyman Deering Services. The owners, Joe and Briana, have an incredible range of knowledge, are honest hardworking people, and hold themselves to the highest of standards. Good contractors are very challenging to find, great ones are near impossible, Deering Handyman is one of the greats. My wife and I were moving out of the Albany area and needed our house not only in show ready condition, but with a finished master bath, refinished kitchen, new flooring, painting, retaining wall, gutters…I could go on. Joe and Briana came to our house, spent time speaking with us, walking the property, discussing ideas, but most importantly, they listened to our needs. They not once put their needs over ours, which, as a former contractor, is simply unheard of. If there was an issue or question, Joe would let us know immediately, well ahead of when it needs to be completed, along with potential solutions. We would discuss, make a decision, and keep moving. With a project this size, details are often missed or simply excluded, this was not the case with Deering Handyman.   they got the pipe out in an hour, then it took about hour and half to set the bed. Put the new pipe in covered it with stone tamped it every six inches and it took about 4 hours of that then they were finished

  This is not your routine paving company review. This is more so a story of a human being showing empathy for another. But if you don’t have time to read this all, just know that Precision Roads is not only full of people who will provide you with a skillful and high quality driveway or parking lot but more importantly, it is comprised of people who are kind human beings. Our driveway was a hot mess thanks to a scam paving company. We were in desperate need of a reliable paver and Precision came highly recommended by multiple people. The owner, Harry, responded to my call right away and came out himself to ***** the situation within days. We then had the pleasure of having, Richard, the lead estimator come out and meet with us as well. We came up with a plan and they got their crew out to our house the following week. This crew is a well oiled machine! There was about 10 guys working, including Harry, the owner. It reminded me of a choreographed dance they way each person knew what to do and when. They were able to do our driveway and our neighbor across the street from start to finish within a day and a half. Every person we encountered was pleasant, respectful and seemed to enjoy their job. My kids are obsessed with Blippi these days so they loved seeing the big machines working. The crew were patient and friendly to answer my little ones questions.   We had Egan Paving resurface our driveway. It was really well done until you got to the end of the driveway where the driveway grades to the street. They failed to resurface the end of our driveway completely leaving jagged edges on both sides that can be possibly caught by snow plows, snow blowers shovels etc. We called for three straight weeks leaving messages asking them to return and finish the edges. They never responded. We have photographs which are attached. Very disappointed they do not stand behind their workshow more
