In the text conversation, he gave a quote for parts and labor. When asked what water heater was included he sent a picture of a water heater that clearly states in the heading it is pro-line with a 10 year warranty. He brought a consumer line model with a 6 year warranty and is trying to convince me that all water heaters he got come with a 10 year warranty (the manufacturer disagrees) and that if it does break down before 10 years we can just call him and he will come fix or change it....yeah right! Either he is scamming us or was scammed by the supplier who sold it to him...either way stay clear!"

"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."
