DISHONEST OR DUMB, not sure which, but neither is what you want in a home service provider. We needed our water heater changed as ours sprung a leak - the situation had some urgency. In the text conversation, he gave a quote for parts and labor. When asked what water heater was included he sent a picture of a water heater that clearly states in the heading it is pro-line with a 10 year warranty. He brought a consumer line model with a 6 year warranty and is trying to convince me that all water heaters he got come with a 10 year warranty (the manufacturer disagrees) and that if it does break down before 10 years we can just call him and he will come fix or change it....yeah right! Either he is scamming us or was scammed by the supplier who sold it to him...either way stay clear!
