"If I could rate them a “0”, I would. Very disappointed in this company. As a new customer, I was given a confirmed service date and time (Today, between 8-12). Drove 2 hours to be here for this. Nobody showed or called. I called 3 times throughout the day and was reassured a technician would still be coming today. Needless to say, nobody came or called. Can’t even give me a reschedule date. If this is how they treat their customers, we can do without them. Absolutely horrible treatment of new customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere other than this company."

"Terminix knows nothing about wasps. They refused to treat the vents that I asked then to treat. They didn’t send me the additional info I asked for after service. The technician claimed he was here for 4 hours and it was ten minutes. I have called the call center 5x asking to speak to a manager and have gotten the runaround every single time and have not heard back now for over a week and they have denied my refund request without even calling me back to see what happened. DO NOT use this company. Absolutely unresponsive and doesn’t care about customer service. I am a real estate agent and will absolutely not ever again use Terminix or refer them to my clients."
