Terminix - Allentown -Termite & Pest Control

Terminix knows nothing about wasps. They refused to treat the vents that I asked then to treat. They didn’t send me the additional info I asked for after service. The technician claimed he was here for 4 hours and it was ten minutes. I have called the call center 5x asking to speak to a manager and have gotten the runaround every single time and have not heard back now for over a week and they have denied my refund request without even calling me back to see what happened. DO NOT use this company. Absolutely unresponsive and doesn’t care about customer service. I am a real estate agent and will absolutely not ever again use Terminix or refer them to my clients.

I used them once since I moved here. I didn't really need it. They were alright. The guy was rude, but other than that, I don't think I really needed it. I thought I was going to have to use them every year but I really don't. I don't get ants in the house. I don't get anything in here. In Jersey, you get a lot more. I used to do around the house and in side and sprayed the cats and I had a dog. We get locusts out here. They were alright. The price was average. If it was too much, I wouldn't have taken him. They were more than Jersey and Jersey places are more than here, usually. To improve, they could be nicer; a better personality. He had no personality at all. It was one older man. He had to do the inside and the outside. I wouldn't use them again, but they were okay. They did the job. I would use them probably, again. If I had ants in the house or something like that. There's really nobody else I could call.

Beyond terrible. She was lazy, clumsy, nonprofessional-she lied and tried to bully me.

Arti Evans is wonderful.  He is kind and responsive.  A pleasure to have around.

The servicemen were very friendly, but when they finished service, they told me i was signing my receipt when in reality i was signing a contract for service every two months. They told me i COULD sign up for the service but did not tell me that i was actually signing up for it. I called to cancel after they showed up the second time, and they cancelled the contract but would not refund me =( very shady. I thought Terminix was a big enough company that I could trust the brand... so much for that.

Have used their service for 6+ years.  Never any problems.

Normally the same guy comes out, but sometimes a different employees comes out from time to time. They come out every 3 months for me, but if I need them anytime in-between and they come right out. I have not had a problems with them.

Went well. So far so good. Free termite inspection included in servicing. Very fair prices as well. Work is guaranteed or they will come back or refund money.

I will use them again in the future.

They never solved the problem. The guy would come out and spend maybe ten minutes doing treatments and charge me $135. You could go to a optomologist for that price. It was ridiculous. This is a pest control company.Nothing happened with the problem. It was like he done nothing. After going through this for a couple of years I fired them .

We actually have more ants and pests now than before they came. I am not pleased with them. One time they came out during the winter, and they said they sprayed all over the outside of the house. After they left I walked around the outside of the house, and didn't see any footprints, so I don't think they did what they said they did.
