"I really don't know where this review is coming from. You've been a customer since May 2020 with only 1 call back in August 2020 for flies and we sent a tech right out at no charge, found the source of the problem and solved the problem. I just don't understand. As a matter of fact you wrote on 11/02/2020: "Couldn't be happier with Tom. Great guy, very knowledgeable. Goes above and beyond!" Your words, not mine. I would be happy to discuss with you any concerns you may have."
"[Member Name Removed] failed to mention that on the day of his scheduled service we were in the process of rescheduling the days service because of bad weather. Matt’s service was a callback because he was still seeing spiders on the outside and inside (we stand behind our work). We planned to retreat the outside and service the inside as needed at no charge, but with the bad weather we wanted to do both services simultaneously for best results. Our CSR explained this to [Member Name Removed] and all seemed to go well except [Member Name Removed] called back moments later demanding that we send a tech out at the scheduled time of between 9-9:30. Initially we were unaware that [Member Name Removed] had taken time off from work and he was very annoyed that we were trying to reschedule service at the last minute. I get it, we messed up while trying to do the right thing by rescheduling due to bad weather. To make matters worse, when [Member Name Removed] demanded we be there at the scheduled time and not a minute later, my CSR audibly sighed. [Member Name Removed] became very agitated at this point demanding someone be there at the scheduled time and if we couldn’t do that, he wanted his money back. It is important to note that during this exchange he was verbally abusive to my CSR, using vulgar language. It’s difficult to “speak in complete sentences” when someone is verbally abusive. My CSR transferred the call to me at which time [Member Name Removed] told me that “the f***ing c**t” he was speaking to sighed in his ear. He wanted someone there at the scheduled time and not a minute later. I get being upset, and everything we were trying to do wasn’t good enough, but I draw the line when anyone refers to a member of my office staff as a “f***ing c**t”. I thought it best to end this relationship and refund [Member Name Removed] his money. I delivered Matt’s check in person by 9:45 am. Summary: We messed up by assuming it was ok to reschedule Matt’s service for a better day. CSR tried to accommodate but [Member Name Removed] became verbally abusive. You have to be a “special kind of person” to refer to a woman over the phone as a “f***ing c**t”."
