Ehrlich Pest Control

If I could rate them a “0”, I would. Very disappointed in this company. As a new customer, I was given a confirmed service date and time (Today, between 8-12). Drove 2 hours to be here for this. Nobody showed or called. I called 3 times throughout the day and was reassured a technician would still be coming today. Needless to say, nobody came or called. Can’t even give me a reschedule date. If this is how they treat their customers, we can do without them. Absolutely horrible treatment of new customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere other than this company.

The technician was amazing, extremely professional and personable. I'm very happy.

The assessor came out the day I called to inspect the home and set up a technician for the following week. A technician came out and set baits and traps. Another tech followed up two weeks later and reported no signs of continued infestation. When I returned a week or so later, there were more droppings found in various locations. Ehrlich came out again for no charge (they give you a 1-month warranty on services), inspected the crawl space, and plugged some possible entry points with steel wool. So far, so good. I am considering setting up a monthly contract with them which may pay off if there are problems with insects/rodents when renters are present.

I don't know that I really needed them, but they kept coming anyway. It would've been helpful if they would have noticed on their own that my needs had changed.

They did a good job and have followed up to see if we need their were any problems.  The cost is more than some of the competitors.  I will stay with them because of their good customer service.

They responded immediately and the serviceman, Ray, was so professional and extremely helpful.  He checked everywhere to see if he could determine where the mice were getting in the house and he sealed up any openings that he found.   I was so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.  Ehrlich called and arranged a follow-up visit to make sure everything was okay.  The mice were gone and I was so relieved.  I signed up for their yearly contract (cost included in above price) and feel very secure in knowing that if I have any kind of pest problem they are there for me.  I would not hesitate at all to recommend them highly.

The tech George showed up on Saturday and treated our house inside and out and paid special attention to rear deck carpenter ants and eggs. George was very helpful answering all my question.

. I have this service for my summer home.C ustomer service is excellent. They are easy to contact and they call you right back Their service person, Travis is excellect! He calls me if their is any thing important and  leaves me a note with tips to keep the forest insects and creepy things out of the house.

I have been using them now for a year or two.  If I have a problem and call them, they will come out and deal with it; they same person generally comes out, so he is familiar with what my problems are or what problems I could have.  First they call and then they send a card saying when they will come.  They come on time and do an inspection all around each time they come; they are pretty dependable.  I feel their pricing is worth it.

They came to get rid of the ants, and they got rid of the ants. I think they did an excellent job.

I have had a great experience with them. I have been using them for a long time. They are on time and provide great service. I have great results with them.

I have a monthly contract with them. They come out 3 times a year.

They were very thorough, I had trouble with mic and moths.  I also had trouble with ants and carpenter bees.  They took care of all my pest problems. The price was high but considering everything they are doing it's okay. We used them years ago to get rid of bats in the attic. They are local and it's the same family.  Hey are highly thought of in the area from what I hear from others who have used them.  They were recommended to me by someone at my hospital.

We use them a few times a year.  Their service people are trained well.  They are excellent.  They are always here in case of an emergency.  They take care of crops.  We have had flying squirrels and they have taken care of that for us.  The quality of their work is excellent.  We have had a positive experience with them.

I pay them a monthly fee.  I just wanted to make sure that the things were controlled here.  The staff is fine.  I don't have too much interaction with them.  There is only one person that comes out.  They are punctual.  They come when they set their appointments and everything.  They are very thorough.

I use them all the time. They know what they are doing. I've tried other services and they were not as good as these folks. Their results were much less desirable than Ehrlich. They will always come when I call even if it is not scheduled, they are right there.

I am on a contract with them and have used them for years. I will continue to use them.
