After removing a number of tiles and backing board, I discovered the bottom framing on the window sill was wet and decided it may involve more than I was prepared to do. So I called Bobbie Saturday afternoon and explained the problem and added that my tenant will return from vacation Monday evening. If he wasnâ t able to accommodate me on such short notice, Iâ d understand and would make the repairs as best I could. He asked for photos, which I sent and he said heâ ll call in the morning. Sure enough, he called Sunday 9am morning and then 2 hours later showed up with Giovanni, a family man and very experienced at his trade. "Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch.
