Was told there would be a service charge if they couldn't install day they came, but what they charged was very unreasonable in my opinion. I paid it and emailed the owner. He said he was away and would contact me when he got back. His rep called me and offered a small reduction in price charged which was insulting. They even charged for a van rental fee. Hourly rate. Not happy."
