"Frank's painting did a great job. The estimate was fair for the work required. We needed kitchen wallpaper removed and the walls skim coated and then painted.The estimated time for the work was 4 days. Carlos showed up around 8:00am each day and was usually done between 4:30 and 5:00 except for the last day when an associate joined him. The final day was a bit longer and was completed by about 6:30. The walls were skim coated and sanded so as to provide a nice smooth wall for painting The actual painting was done about as close to perfect as possible and we are very happy with the results. Cleanup was very good considering how much dust is generated in the sanding process. The final cost was right on the estimate both in time and final costs. Great job and we will definitely use Frank's again for any painting needs."

"Danny and his crew showed up promptly.  Everyday Danny either worked alongside his men or stopped in to see how the work was progressing.  The care that he and his crew took in closing off the rooms with plastic wrap was incredible.  My mother has some bronchial issues and she was not phased by even one speck of dust.  They were so amazingly careful about containing all of it.  They vacuumed thoroughly every evening when the day's work was completed so that there was no impact on her daily coming and going.  The work took longer than originally estimated because the living room and dining room ceilings had been blackened from years of my father's cigar smoke.  Danny was so fussy that he ended up priming the ceilings three times.  The  bathroom wallpaper in two of the bathrooms which had been up for 30 years was also difficult to remove.  Danny paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond what I expected.  It was clear that he takes pride in his work.  Everything looked clean and crisp and wonderful when the work was completed. 
Danny and his men did a terrific job removing and putting back everything on the walls.  The also took great care in handling my mother's breakables (and there were many).   They were also a really good bunch of guys.
I would highly recommend Allstar Painting and Construction Corp and would use them again.  Danny was a pleasure to work with.

"The team did a great job.  I asked for quick service because it was the bedroom of our live-in au pair.  He did the job a week after I called, and he finished the work in 2 days, about 2-3 hours each day.  They were clean and neat, and removed bags of trash and placed on the curb for us.  In addition, there was a small patch in the hallway that he repaired for free as it was an eyesore.

"My husband and I happily bought the house in which I had been raised, after having rented it out for 12 years.  It is a lovely house, but was left with striking problems. The wrap-around front porch columns and railings had many thick layers of lead paint, with numerous chunks chipped out down to the wood.  My memories of summers sanding the porch in preparation for my father's painting of it, raised a lot of sadness in me about the terrible painting maintenance of more recent years.
After considering several bids, we  chose to work with Nick Montagnese of iPaint because of his total appreciation of our concerns, but also of our limited budget. He researched every paint stripping method and priced each, which made it clear that we could only smooth out the severe patches by hand. Lead paint removal is dangerous unless done legally by certain methods, some of which are extremely expensive ($50,000 for our porch!).
Nick's workers were wonderful. They all were as invested as Nick in giving us a beautifully repaired and painted home. The men spent weeks chipping loose paint off the columns and railings, and never left any of it for us to discard. They cleaned up every day. They used new filler products that allowed the following coats of paint to be totally smooth. This spectacular upgrade of our porch is outstanding.  Many passers by and friends stopped to compliment the change, and a driver even stopped to take photos out his car window! Others wrote down iPaint's sign info.  All of the repairs, including lattice around the house, were skillfully done by Nick's crew, some by his competent carpenters. The entire paint job, from shingles to shutters to woodwork to lattice to porch is excellent.
Nick's crew is a very competent, responsible, and happy group of men who enjoy working together.  They were actually invested in producing a beautifully painted home for us, taking pride in their work. They appreciated every cup of coffee and donut, and were wonderful to have around!  All of the positive comments of other iPaint customers are true about Nick and his workers.
This job was a reach for us financially, but was well worth it and not unfair when considering the quality of the work and the increased value of our home. Because of our budget, Nick had broken down the various parts of the overall job into the costs of each. We were able to choose what parts we could afford now, with a plan to complete other parts at a later date, such as more shutters.
We cannot more confidently recommend Nick and his workers. Nick is a good person who listened to our needs and limits and was creative and caring in helping us get an even better product than we had imagined was possible.  iPaint deserves an A+!"
