I was assured on the phone that if the truck that arrived, was not big enough for the complete removal that another would be available to complete. Upon arrival the next day, the driver told me he couldnâ t take the material because he would not be able to pick up the next customers material. Hmmmmmmâ ¦.. Iâ m not a customer? Other customers take priority over what I hired them for? The driver told me I would get a call from sue later on in the evening to reschedule. Never got a call. Didnâ t get a call in the am the next day either. I called the office and left them a message.
